Serious Collision, Milton Keynes

Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious collision on the H9 Groveway at Brinklow on Monday (3/11/08).

At about 6.25pm a blue Citroen Synergie, travelling west, pulled off the road into a lay-by. As the Citroen attempted to rejoin the main road it collided with a red Yamaha 900cc motorbike also travelling west.

The motorbike collided with the offside of the Citroen and the rider, a 40-year-old man from Milton Keynes, was thrown from the bike and sustained serious injuries. He was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
